Job Summary
Brewer Plumbing Inc. is seeking a dependable and motivated Plumber to join our growing team. This position works on both commercial and residential plumbing projects, including new construction, remodels, service calls, maintenance, and repairs. The ideal candidate is skilled in diagnosing plumbing issues, installing plumbing systems, and delivering quality workmanship while maintaining professionalism with customers and contractors.
This role requires someone who can work independently, communicate effectively, and take pride in providing reliable service in the field.

Key Responsibilities
* Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and plumbing layouts
* Diagnose plumbing issues and determine effective repair solutions
* Install and service water heaters, fixtures, drains, sewer lines, gas lines, and piping systems
* Perform rough-in and finish plumbing work for remodels and new construction
* Troubleshoot leaks, clogs, pressure problems, and drainage issues
* Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards
* Operate plumbing tools, equipment, and service vehicles safely
* Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and project managers
* Maintain a clean and organized work area at all job sites
* Complete work orders, job documentation, and material tracking accurately
* Participate in on-call or emergency service rotations when required

Qualifications & Skills
* Previous plumbing experience in commercial and residential settings preferred
* Knowledge of plumbing systems, pipe fitting, drainage systems, and fixtures
* Ability to use plumbing tools and equipment safely and efficiently
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
* Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
* Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments
* Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent customer service and communication skills

* Journeyman or licensed plumber preferred
* OSHA certification is a plus
