Seeking a highly skilled, reliable owner-operator contractor for a residential remodel project in Yarnell, Arizona.
The ideal candidate should have broad remodeling experience, including plumbing, electrical, drywall, rough and finish carpentry, painting, flooring, and general residential repairs.
Open to either:
Fixed bids for defined portions of the project, or
Hourly work $25-$50 per hour, depending on experience and capabilities.
