Large bedroom in beautiful shared house with private full bath + off street parking. We’re near Willow Creek and Smoke Tree…about 8 min away from Whiskey Row / downtown Prescott.
My girlfriend Desiree and I are looking for someone (or a couple) to sublet our furnished/unfurnished second bedroom in a quiet HOA neighborhood in North Prescott, Arizona. The room for rent is available for anytime up to 3 months. It has a high ceiling, includes its own full bath with hot water on demand, and off-street parking for one vehicle.
We're landscaping & irrigation contractors by day, and artists / musicians by night. So music, creativity, and community are a big part of our lives.
If you're open to doing occasional house dinners together, and taking turns with cleaning and dish washing responsibilities...and if you don’t mind us hosting a casual potluck dinner & cocktails with friends every once in a while, then we want to meet you!
Rental Details:
• single: 1000/ mo. + 500 security dep.
• couple: 1100/ mo. + 500 security dep.
• Utilities included (including fast WiFi)
• Full laundry facilities onsite
• Smokers ok, but outdoors only
• 420-friendly
• No pets (we do have one friendly & very smart indoor / outdoor male house cat named Zino)
• No kids, sorry!
