I have been plumbing for over 55 years, doing Electrical for over 50 Years. I have now join a design consortium and work with them if I need to for your benefit. I have pulled some nice project together. I have increased the value of the home tremendously.

With the minerals in our water Faucets and toilets need to be serviced from time to time to keep them from frezzing up and or leaking. think about it a water leak will cost you more in water then to have it fixed.

Water heater flushes including tankless manufactures recommend every year
Revers Osmoses filter change, replace or install new
Water Conditioning systems
Water lines repair, replace and install new
Running new sewer lines

new or move gas lines repair, replace, install new natural or propane, install natural gas fire pits.
Repair, replace, repipe, rewire. Additions and remodels

Install ceiling fans with or with out remotes, replace light fixtures, can lights, new switches, new lights, I stale LED lights, convert 4' & 2' fluorescent lights to LED
Run new outlets 220 and 110
Automatic gate openers
New 220 outlet for welders and more.
