This fifth wheel toy hauler has been maintained very well and is ready for travel. It is 42’ long the toy garage converts to a two queen bed bunk room with its own half bathroom and laundry hookups a tv and the lower bunk bed converts into sofas with a dining table. The rear ramp converts into an outdoor patio with patio rails/walls. The main living area has the island with four swing out bar stools, a sofa that reclines and has heat and massage as well as led under lighting. An electric fireplace heater and lots of cabinetry for storage.
Up front is the main king bed and full bathroom. All 4 tvs have been upgraded to Roku smart tvs.
The unit is equipped with 3 A/C units that are on separate zones that can be adjusted independently. Fully ducted heating/cooling system. Cold weather package with insulated underbelly and tank heaters. 6 point Hydraulic leveling system. Outdoor tv and mini fridge and large storage area. Also has a solar battery system installed. Located in Prescott Valley.
We also have a 2017 Ford F350 available for sale that was used to pull it, if interested.
