This trailer is priced below value to reflect the following known items needing replacement or repair:
Replace protective under-flooring (corrugated plastic), to protect electrical wiring. Repair two minor leaks: bathroom sink grey water & toilet seal. Replace slide-out outside cover units. We have not had them affixed for years, and used slide-outs without issue. AC unit never used, may just need cleaning. Replace furnace duct work, furnace works, we preferred and successfully used other sources of heat. Replace bathroom sink, cosmetic. Worn counter top, cosmetic. Replace awning fabric, awning motor works. Minor hail damage on exterior, cosmetic. Body scratch along side, cosmetic.
Excellent roof condition we have never experienced a roof leak. Roof has been proactively sealed multiple times using high quality RV roof sealant. All electrical systems, lights & slide out motors are working.
This is a solid, older keystone built during a time of stronger construction. We were advised by a RV service manager that many newer trailers suffer from cabinet, closet and structural failures while traveling, this one has remained sturdy and dependable for us over many years.
Good overall condition for age, most issues are cosmetic, sturdy and still very reliable. Some finishing touches left from remodel, prime opportunity to customize. Furniture, decor or linens pictured below are not included. In storage for several months, dirty, dusty, but will clean up nicely for her age, one of the rare solid-builds. Other than protective under-flooring and the minor repairs listed, all basic systems are working and
