Young professional couple looking to rent in our hometown! (Prescott)

Young professional couple currently living in Tucson, looking to move back to our hometown of Prescott! We grew up in Prescott and moved to Washington, then to Tucson and gained valuable work experience. We now have great job prospects in Prescott, my partner having opportunities with a couple of the local animal hospitals and myself having a surveying opportunity at an Engineering firm. We absolutely love our hometown and would cherish the opportunity to move back as soon as possible.
We are looking for a house to rent that has at least 1000 sq ft, 2 bedrooms, preferably at least 1.5 bathrooms and possibly a fenced yard or good walkable neighborhood for our special needs pup!
We have two great indoor cats that are fully litter trained and do not claw at/ destroy anything. (That's what the scratching posts are for) We recently took on a foster dog from Pima County shelter, that we will end up adopting, who has immune mediated polyarthritis. So she is not very mobile/ rambunctious. She is a very sweet dog who loves the outdoors and Prescott is the perfect place for that! Very well trained and has not had a single accident in the few months we have been fostering her!
We have excellent renting history and can provide multiple references from all of our previous landlords. We hope to continue our good luck streak of finding wonderful landlords that we can work with to take excellent care of the property!
