1986 MIJ Stratocaster body, fully loaded and includes everything you see. This is an E serial numbered made during an excellent time in Fender Japan History. This model was the ST-336 which was part of the contemporary series of instruments, which for the most part meant models without pick guards.
As you can see there are some missing parts, the knobs, 1 switch and both rear covers (tremolo cover and electronic cover). The switches are suppose to be on/off switches for the neck/middle pickups, the hum bucker switch is suppose to be an on/off switch but also coil splitter. I believe the switch that is missing is the one that would be for the humbucker. What wiring is their looks decent, although I have never tested any of it. The previous owner told me they were able to produce sound from it, but weren't sure which pickups the controls were operating. Saddles are stamped Fender and rusty. The bridge block is a large full thickness block.
The red paint is vibrant, no fading to it. It has plenty of scattered dings, dents and scratches. There are also some small chips around each strap button ( see photo). The wood is however not cracked in any way. Overall a really solid, rare 40 year old MIJ Body perfect for an 80s theme build. This will fit most MIA, MIJ, MIM Stratocaster necks and licensed replacements.
Again what you see in the photos is what I have, this is a loaded body missing the above mentioned parts.
