I have a rental in the Mountain Club subdivision that has a huge deck in the back. One of the planks under the deck has a bit of rot on top and the screws holding the deck strip have come loose. We need to either replace the whole plank or do some clever trick to fix the problem. If the plank is replaced, it will have to be painted too to match the others
