Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors using modern digital tools.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project
• Oversee budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting using Excel
• Utilize Procore for project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and communication
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
• Identify risks and proactively implement solutions
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel (advanced preferred), and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience using Procore or similar construction management software
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Preferred Qualifications
• Preferred, Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with large-scale commercial projects ($5M+)
• OSHA certification (or willingness to obtain)
