SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: Successful candidate is eager to learn and exhibit a professional manner at all times as well as possess strong customer service skills. This job requires physical tasks such as lifting heavy area rugs as well as standing for long periods of time and bending. You must be able to lift 75 pounds. Successful candidate must be proficient at basic math as there is a need to calculate job cost and estimate charges to the client.
PRIMARY DUTIES: Primary duties are to provide cleaning services to area rugs, carpet, tile and furniture. There is a close interaction with clients. There will be times when you are working at our shop and other times when you will be working in commercial and residential settings. Commercial accounts require some Friday evenings and Saturday daytime work.
COMPENSATION: Starts at $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. Evening and Saturdays pay overtime! Show us what your skill level is so we can pay you what you are worth. Additionally there will be some overtime + commission + bonuses + paid vacation and paid major holidays.
QUALIFYING CANDIDATE: Must have a good eye for detailed work, like cleaning, have a positive attitude, work well with clients, have strong work ethics with pride in their work.
ESSENTIALS:
- Must have a clean driver's license
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Have a resume that shows other work positions where you succeeded
- Have your own transportation to work (work vans are provided for daily jobs)
