Senior lady wanting 1bdrm. Single level apt. - duplex. No multi level units. PV ONLY! Moved from there 2 yrs. Ago, want to move back ! I have excellent credit( proof provided) SS income auto deposit, no smoking, alcohol, no illegal drugs. Also good references both personal & past landlords. I want a clean, well maintained ( as in responsible, respectful owner)good neighborhood, I lived around Navajo, Yavapai , Florentine area. I also like Spouse Dr. area. Will consider all clean areas though. One support cat, neutered, completely house trained. Move date spring April end of March. Water & trash paid much preferred. W/D hook ups a must, full or stackable. Don't care about dishwasher. Would love gas cooking, but will take electric. Central air, garage doesn't matter. Some extra storage would be great! I've seen a few in my price range(1,000-1100) but they're available now & one was a duplex on questionable street. Keep this text, this year is almost over, move outs may be coming up after January!
