Toner for this printer is pretty cheap ($108 for a full set) and each drum lasts on average 2500-2700 pages in full color. The model number for the drums are TN221-TN225, so you can look it up yourself. If you're running a business and want just black and white, then the black drum can be replaced by itself and that runs about $32. The item is WiFi enabled, so you could totally hook this up to your WLAN and be good to go. Works on Mac, Windows and Linux as long as you have a 2.4GHz network.
Printer is fully working, has a decent amount of toner in it and has no flaws that would prevent it from working for your needs.
