Two sets of 2 external pc speakers that emit a crackling sound and needing electrical component(s) diagnosed and replaced as necessary. The actual speakers are undamaged and exterior has no damage. There’s a resistor or something internally that needs to be replaced via the soldering method. $10 bucks per set or best reasonable offer. Good project for an electronic geek!
