I'm selling a used battery rack, OSB enclosure, and complete set of cables with fuses.
This was originally used for a lead-acid battery bank, but could be used to support, enclose, and interconnect any sort of batteries.
The system as shown is 62 inches wide, 45 inches high, and 23 inches deep.
The cabling is set up for 16 batteries, connected as four strings of four.
The sturdy steel rack is about 5 feet wide and can support 8 large batteries on each shelf.
I was using it to hold 800 lbs of batteries on the lower level and 480 lbs of batteries on the upper level.
The OSB enclosure, as shown, is included. It gets anchored to the rack via one 3/8" bolt at each end.
The battery cables shown in the photos are included. They are equal length for each of the four strings, and are 1 AWG MTW fine-stranded UL-listed wire, with properly crimped and heat-shrink-protected lugs. The lug holes are sized for 1/4" terminal screws.
Each of the four strings includes a series-connected 200-amp Type T fuse in a sturdy bolted fuseholder. The fuseholders can be securely strapped to the batteries, with the nylon straps and buckles shown in the photos.
The OSB enclosure is designed to be fastened to the wall via galvanized steel angle brackets (included). The front OSB panel is easily removable via a handful of Phillips screws.
The cabling consists of 12 cell-to-cell cables, each about 12 inches long; plus 4 negative cables with lengths varying from 38" to 68"; plus 4 positive cables, with fuses, having lengths varying from 60" to 90".
To achieve equal overall length per string, you combine a long negative cable and a short positive cable, for example.
The 200-amp fuses are Class T, bolted to solid copper bars in the fuseholders. The fuseholders also have 4 holes for attaching them to a surface, if you don't want to use the straps.
I'm asking $250 for all of this. Cash only.
I would also consider selling just the cables and fuses for $200, or just the rack and enclosure for $100.
