🔧 What You’ll Do
Lead the service advisor team and set the tone for excellent customer service
Greet customers, listen to concerns, and clearly explain repair needs
Write accurate repair orders and recommend maintenance based on vehicle condition
Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure smooth workflow
Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships
Help manage shop flow, scheduling, and daily operations
🧠What We’re Looking For
Automotive service advisor experience required (lead or senior role preferred)
Strong sales and communication skills
Professional, friendly, and confident with customers
