Remote Support Available Many software issues can be diagnosed and repaired remotely, saving you the time and hassle of an in-person visit. If the problem requires hands-on hardware repair, I'll let you know up front.

• If extensive troubleshooting is required, there is a $30 diagnostic fee, which is applied toward any repair you choose to have completed. No surprise charges—I will always discuss pricing with you before any work begins.
I take pride in being honest with my customers. If your device requires specialized repairs such as motherboard soldering, liquid damage restoration, or other advanced electronic repairs, I'll let you know up front rather than waste your time or money.
