I am looking to hire an experienced, highly technical local WordPress developer to immediately resolve a specific list of template errors, link routing problems, and mobile-first rendering issues on my business website, bristolfx.com.
The site runs on the Salient theme with WPBakery. A recent detailed audit shows that back-end template conflicts and overlapping tags are currently causing indexing issues with Google’s smartphone bot.
This project is structured on a clear pay-on-performance milestone basis. I have a complete baseline report from a mobile-emulated technical crawl. Final milestone payouts are strictly tied to a follow-up verification crawl showing that these explicit error counts have been resolved in the code.
Time frame: This is an immediate-start project. The entire scope must be completed, tested, and validated within 10 business days of on-boarding.
Scope of Work & Targeted Milestones:
Milestone 1: Structure & HTML Layout Repairs (Days 1–3)
The Goal: Fix theme template conflicts causing duplicate container rendering.
Deliverable: Eliminate instances of Multiple tags (currently 5 pages), multiple/invalid tags (2 pages), and ensure no core landing assets are blocked by rogue no index directives.
Milestone 2: Link Routing & Secure Protocols (Days 4–6)
The Goal: Clean up dead ends and optimize crawl path efficiency for search bots.
Deliverable: Fix 15 external 4xx broken links. Re-route 75 internal links passing through 3xx redirects so they map directly to their absolute canonical URLs. Update legacy mixed-content links (such as a hard coded http path on a core page).
The Goal: Clean up keyword hierarchies and ensure total mobile parity.
Deliverable: Standardize page layouts so that all pages feature exactly one primary H1 tag (currently 6 pages have multiples). Resolve missing meta descriptions across 65 location URLs. Ensure all core content and links remain fully visible in the mobile viewport DOM.
Milestone 4: Media Asset & Mobile Optimization (Days 9–10)
The Goal: Optimize asset delivery to prevent mobile crawler rendering timeouts.
Deliverable: Compress and convert layout imagery to WebP, ensuring active layout images do not exceed 100 kB (currently 23 files violate this). Safely purge the Media Library of completely unattached, unused media assets.
How to Apply:
I have the raw data spreadsheets (issues_overview_report.csv and insecure_content.csv) ready to send to serious candidates.
If you are available to start immediately, please reply with your estimated fixed rate for the project, a brief summary of your experience with the Salient/WPBakery stack, and a quick note confirming your comfort with completing this within the 10-day window using our crawl data as the objective checklist for completion.
Looking forward to working with a skilled pro to get this site running flawlessly!
