The Sun Studio features exquisite 18' tall cathedral ceilings, a deep shower/bath tub with marbled walls and a spacious shower view window. Plus, radiant-heated hardwood floors, executive wooden desk, cherry dining table and chairs, comfortable queen bed with two wooden side dressers, couch that converts to a guest bed, granite counter tops, marble entrance and bathroom floor, plus, two spacious closets featuring shelving and rods throughout, tucked behind beautiful sliding mirrored doors.
World-class, lush, hiking, cycling and birding trails await you just outside the door, leading past the pond through forests and meadows to a nearby year round creek, caves and mountain tops. The seasonal pond is home to ducks and frogs and is visited by a variety of wildlife. Feel free to relax on more than a dozen decks and patios, on the hammocks, inside the warm solarium-enclosed swimming pool complete with floating lounges, on the trampoline surrounded by trees, in the sun-dappled gardens or on the shaded lawns.
The Sun Studio also includes enjoyment of the beautiful 314 sq ft Clifftop Dome, ideal for meditation, yoga, gentle acoustic music and relaxation. Plus, a separate 150 sq ft marble-tiled library and laundry room with access to a free washer, dryer, utility sink, folding table, and additional guest bathroom with a shower.
