Static LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Payroll & Prevailing Wage Specialist to join our growing team in Prescott, Arizona.
We are looking for a highly organized professional with extensive experience in construction payroll, certified payroll, California DIR reporting, and prevailing wage compliance. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing and compliance for projects across multiple states.
Responsibilities
Process weekly construction payroll for multiple companies.
Prepare and submit certified payroll reports.
Manage California DIR reporting and compliance.
Ensure compliance with Davis-Bacon and prevailing wage laws in multiple states.
Verify employee classifications, wage determinations, and fringe benefits.
Process multi-state payroll taxes and deductions.
Maintain accurate payroll and compliance records.
Support government audits and compliance reporting.
Work closely with project managers, accounting, and field supervisors.
Qualifications
5+ years of construction payroll experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of certified payroll and prevailing wage requirements.
Experience with California DIR reporting is required.
Experience with multi-state construction payroll.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
